Having trained under world-renowned expert Dr. Andrew Jacono, Dr. Hagen brings elite-level expertise to Minneapolis, providing patients with the highest standard of care in a private, boutique setting. Kelly Schubert

Patient Care Coordinator

Kelly Schubert is the Patient Care Coordinator for Dr. Hagen, bringing her expertise and passion for patient care to every step of the process. From the moment a patient calls for a consultation, Kelly is there to guide them through the details, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable. She assists with everything from scheduling and navigating the private surgery center to managing travel logistics for out-of-town patients, helping create a seamless experience for those considering surgery.

Kelly’s commitment to exceptional service extends beyond the consultation room. She is passionate about making the entire patient journey as smooth as possible, offering support before, during, and after surgery. She finds great fulfillment in seeing patients at their follow-up appointments and cherishes the strong connections she builds with them throughout their process. Kelly’s compassionate nature and dedication to her work make her an invaluable part of the team, ensuring each patient feels cared for and confident in their decision.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two kids who keep her busy with their school events.

Alex Louks

Nurse

Alex Louks, RN, is an essential point of contact for Dr. Hagen’s patients, providing expert guidance throughout their recovery process. She works closely with Dr. Hagen, assisting in all follow-up appointments and ensuring that patients receive the highest level of postoperative care. Alex is always available to answer any questions about healing, medications, wound care, or scheduling, offering clear and compassionate support to patients throughout their journey.

Alex earned her nursing degree from Mankato State University and has over three years of experience at Omni Plastic Surgery. Before joining the practice, she developed a strong foundation in patient care while working at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Her calming presence, professional expertise, and commitment to patient satisfaction help ensure a smooth and confident recovery.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys traveling, staying active with new workout classes, and spending time with friends. A Minnesota native, she loves enjoying summers on the lake and embracing an active, balanced lifestyle. Alex’s dedication to both her patients’ well-being and her own health makes her an ideal resource for anyone navigating their recovery.

Brooke Berry

Brooke Berry, RN, is a key point of contact for Dr. Hagen’s patients, providing expert postoperative care throughout their recovery journey. She works side by side with Dr. Hagen, assisting in all follow-up appointments and ensuring patients are healing properly. Brooke is always available to answer any questions about pain management, medications, incision care, or scheduling, helping patients feel informed and confident during their recovery.

Brooke received her nursing degree from the University of North Dakota and found her passion in plastic surgery, where she can help individuals achieve their aesthetic goals while boosting their confidence and self-esteem. Known for her keen eye for detail and commitment to creating a positive patient experience, Brooke ensures that each patient feels supported and cared for every step of the way.

Originally from North Dakota and raised in a hockey family, Brooke brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an energetic, approachable personality to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and spending quality time with family and friends.
